My Story

I remember the frustration I felt the moment I walked into the vegan café and learned that I was fired. The manager insisted I’d been rude to customers—I thought, “Me? Rude? Never!”—but in truth, I was simply burned out, so drained and overworked that I barely recognized myself.

That shock made it crystal clear: I couldn’t keep compromising my energy working in ways that left me exhausted and unfulfilled.

A few weeks later, I attended a five-day business and money activation retreat, not quite knowing what I was getting into. During those sessions, I realized that sensitive women like me often over-give and under-receive, pushing ourselves to the brink just to feel worthy. We tie our self-worth to overworking and constantly proving ourselves, and in doing so, block the very opportunities we long for.

It clicked that, despite having passed my law exams, earned first-class honours, and spent years in a creative business, I had been hustling so hard to feel worthy that I’d overlooked the power of truly receiving.

I realized that if I could harness my sensitive energy instead of leaking it out, and if I could activate a deep sense of self-trust instead of handing my power away, money and possibilities would open up in ways I hadn’t even imagined.

From that epiphany, I went all in. I took all of my savings and sold my car and rather than cling onto a sense of security, I invested it all in a radical new chapter of my life.

In the middle of the pandemic, I packed my bags and flew to Bali, ready to unlearn the belief that I had to sacrifice my well-being for success. It wasn’t smooth or easy—I had to face years of conditioning that whispered, “If you’re not exhausted, you’re not doing enough.” But piece by piece, I let go of the old patterns that held me in a loop of scarcity and overwork.

Now, living in Spain, I call this phase my “lean-back era,” where my energy and alignment lead the way instead of relentless effort. Those old fears still poke their heads up from time to time, yet the freedom of knowing I no longer trade my well-being for a paycheck is more powerful than any passing doubt.

Over the past four years of implementing my methods, I’ve celebrated months with up to 12k in revenue from my aligned business, and most importantly—I’ve completely healed my health while empowering my relationships.

I’ve seen my clients hit six figures in their business by working less and aligning with self-trust and empowerment, proving that heart-centered success is not only possible but essential for sensitive women!

Now I support other sensitive women to unlearn the belief that they must hustle themselves into burnout to succeed, and instead help them discover that their sensitivity and self-trust are actually the keys to activating their highest potential and living fully aligned.
